A coworking seat is billed monthly and paid in advance. There is no annual lease, no fit-out bill and none of the deposit a commercial landlord would want before handing over keys.
The rooms below are priced one at a time rather than published, because a cabin for one person and a built-out room for eight are not the same product and pretending otherwise wastes your time and ours.

Yes. This is a floor of people working at desks, not a customer-facing premises. We do not take public-dealing offices where clients or walk-in customers come and go through the day, we do not host call centre operations, and we do not accept any business involved in scams or fraud of any kind. If you are unsure whether your work fits, ask before you pay rather than after.
A seat starts at PKR 12,000 per month and includes your own desk and chair reserved for you, high-speed fibre internet, UPS and generator backup power and air conditioning.
Membership is billed monthly, in advance. There is no annual lease of the kind a commercial office would require. Deposit and notice terms are confirmed when you sign up — ask when you visit, or call and we will tell you straight away.
Nothing. The UPS covers the switchover so your desk and the internet stay powered, with a generator behind it for longer outages. You should not notice a load-shedding cut mid-call.
No. We are open Monday to Friday only, 11:00 AM to 2:00 AM, and closed on Saturday and Sunday. The floor closes at 2:00 AM — so a Friday session runs into the early hours of Saturday.
Sabzazar station, on the Multan Road stretch of the Orange Line, with Awan Town and Shahnoor either side of it. From the station take a short rickshaw ride into Block G and ask for the police station — we are the plaza beside it.
