These terms cover your use of this website and the payment terms that apply to membership. Anything else about your membership is governed by the agreement you sign with us.

Workspace by Spiderhunts is a coworking space operated by Spiderhunts Technologies Ltd at 2nd Floor, Sarwar Plaza, Block G, Near Sabzazar Police Station, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. You can reach us on +92 309 9117651.
Information on this site
We keep this website accurate and current. The published coworking seat rate is PKR 12,000 per seat per month and the opening hours are Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 2:00 AM.
Prices, availability, facilities and hours can change. Nothing on this website is a binding offer — the terms that apply to you are the ones confirmed to you directly before you sign up. If something here contradicts what we have told you in writing, the written confirmation is what counts.
Custom team offices, private cabins, meeting room hire and the virtual office are quoted individually. Any figure we give you is valid for the period stated in that quote.
Travel times and directions
Travel times and distances shown on the area pages are estimates for off-peak traffic, not measured guarantees. Lahore traffic being what it is, plan your own journey rather than relying on our figures.
Enquiries you send us
Send accurate information through the forms and do not submit anyone else’s details without their permission. We reply to genuine enquiries during opening hours. We may ignore or block automated, abusive or fraudulent submissions.
Content and trademarks
The text, design, photographs and layout of this website belong to Spiderhunts Technologies Ltd. You are welcome to link to any page, quote us with attribution, and share our address and pricing information. Do not republish substantial parts of the site as your own.
Third-party links
This site links to Google Maps, WhatsApp and similar services. Those are run by other companies under their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Work we cannot accept
This is a working floor of people at desks, not a customer-facing premises. Some kinds of business are not suitable here, and we would rather say so plainly than have the conversation after you have paid.
- No scams or fraud of any kind. Any business involved in deceiving people out of money or information will be removed the same day, without refund, and reported where the law requires it.
- No call centre operations — sales, collections or support floors, legitimate or otherwise.
- No public-dealing or customer-facing offices where clients or the general public would come and go through the day. Occasional meetings by arrangement are fine.
- No unlicensed financial services, investment schemes, or recruitment chains that pay people to bring in more people.
- Nothing illegal under Pakistani law, and nothing that places this building or its other members at risk.
If you are not sure whether your work fits, ask before you pay. It is a short conversation and better than finding out later.
We may end a membership immediately for a breach of this section, and no refund is due in that case.
Payment, billing and refunds
Membership is paid in advance. A seat is held for you only once payment for that month has cleared. We do not run accounts on credit, and access starts from the date payment is received.
Fees are charged per month at the rate confirmed to you in writing before you pay. The published coworking rate is PKR 12,000 per seat per month. Custom team offices, private cabins, meeting room hire and the virtual office are quoted individually and are payable on the same basis.
Payments are non-refundable. Once you have paid for a month, that payment is not returned in whole or in part — whether or not you use the space, and regardless of how many days of the month are left when you stop coming.
Unused time is not carried forward. If you pay for a month and are then unable to join or use your seat during that month, the amount paid is not adjusted, credited, transferred or set off against any later month. Each month is charged and used on its own.
This applies equally if you leave partway through a month you have paid for, if you travel, or if your plans change after payment has been made. A seat in a later month is a separate charge.
We will always tell you the rate before you pay. If our rates change, the new rate applies from your next payment — never retroactively to a month you have already paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
