Working from Multan Road, without the cross-city commute
Multan Road is the spine of west Lahore. It runs from the city centre out past Chauburji, Samnabad, Sabzazar and Awan Town towards Thokar Niaz Baig, and the Orange Line runs above much of it. If you work anywhere along that corridor, you are close to us.
Being just off Multan Road rather than on it is deliberate. You get the access — every feeder road, every metro station, every rickshaw route on that side of the city connects here — without paying for a main-boulevard address or listening to the traffic all day. Sarwar Plaza sits inside Block G, Sabzazar, a short turn off the corridor by Sabzazar Police Station.
This is the practical answer for anyone whose office search keeps returning results in Gulberg and Johar Town. Rents on Multan Road commercial property are real money once you add a deposit, a lease, your own fiber line, your own UPS and someone to run the place. A seat here is PKR 12,000 a month with all of that already handled, and a custom team office if you outgrow a single desk.
