Why this space exists

West Lahore has a large population of people who work remotely — freelancers on overseas platforms, employees of companies based somewhere else, small teams running online businesses, support staff on foreign shift patterns. What it did not have was anywhere for them to work from.

Every established coworking space in the city is in Gulberg, DHA or Johar Town. From Sabzazar, Iqbal Town or Samnabad, that is a forty-minute journey each way. Nobody sustains that for long. Most people give up and go back to working from a bedroom, which works right up until the power goes out during a client call.

So this is deliberately a local space. It is in Block G, Sabzazar, beside the police station, on the second floor of a plaza people already know. It is ten minutes from Iqbal Town, a short run from Multan Road, and one Orange Line stop from Awan Town.

The late hours are the point

We open at 11:00 AM and close at 2:00 AM, Monday to Friday. That is unusual, and it is not an accident.

If you bill hours to a client in New York, your day starts in the afternoon. If you support a product used in the United Kingdom, your shift ends near midnight. If you run a store on an American marketplace, your customers wake up as Lahore goes to sleep. A workspace that closes at 8 PM is no use to any of those people.

The trade-off is that we are closed on Saturday and Sunday. We would rather be plain about that than have someone discover it after they have paid.

One price, published

A dedicated desk is PKR 12,000 per seat per month. That is on every page of this site, and it includes internet, power backup, cooling, tea, printing and meeting room access.

Private cabins, team offices, the meeting room and the virtual office are quoted rather than listed. Not to make you call — because those genuinely depend on size, layout and duration, and a printed number would be wrong for most people reading it. You will get a real figure in one phone call.
