What to actually check when you come

Run a speed test
From the desk you would actually sit at, not the one by the router. Join a video call while you are at it.
Ask about the backup power
How long the UPS holds, what the generator covers, and how often it has actually been needed.
Sit in the chair for ten minutes
You will be in it for eight or nine hours a day. Ten minutes tells you more than any photo.
Come at the hour you would normally work
A room at noon and the same room at 11 PM are different places. Visit when it matters to you.
Check the parking and the route
Especially if you are travelling in from Iqbal Town, Samnabad or Mustafa Town.
Ask what else is on the floor
Who works here, how loud it gets, and whether that suits the kind of work you do.
A seat is PKR 12,000 per seat per month and there is no annual lease, so the cost of getting it wrong is one month. Still — spend twenty minutes here rather than five.
