This policy covers Workspace by Spiderhunts, operated by Spiderhunts Technologies Ltd, and this website. It is written to be read rather than to be defensible, so it is short.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry, a tour request or a quote request, we receive the name, phone number, and any other details you type into the form — email address, company name, team size, preferred date and your message.
Basic usage data. If analytics is enabled on this site, we see aggregate information about which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are, and which links get clicked. We use this to work out which pages are useful. We do not use it to identify you personally.
We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card details, CNIC numbers or passwords through this website.
What we do with it
We use your contact details to reply to you — a call back, a WhatsApp message, or an email if you gave us one. If you become a member we keep those details as part of our normal business records.
We do not sell your information. We do not pass it to third parties for marketing. If we ever need to share it with a service provider in order to run the business (for example, a system that stores enquiries), it is used only for that purpose.
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google a record of the pages you open, together with your approximate location, device and browser. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it to build a profile of you.
Your browser lets you block or delete cookies, and Google publishes a browser add-on that turns Analytics off everywhere. The site works normally without cookies, and nothing here is gated behind accepting them.
We do not run advertising or remarketing tags on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into memberships are kept only as long as they are useful for following up. Records relating to actual members are kept for as long as we need them for the business relationship and any legal or tax requirements that apply.
Asking us to delete your details
Call or email and ask. We will delete what we hold about you unless we are required to keep it — and if that is the case, we will tell you what and why.
