What facilities does the coworking space have?

Workspace by Spiderhunts in Sabzazar, Lahore provides high-speed fiber internet, UPS and generator backup power, air conditioning, ergonomic chairs, private cabins, a meeting room, unlimited tea and coffee, printing and scanning, CCTV security, a prayer area, personal storage and parking. All of it is included in the PKR 12,000 monthly seat rate.

Power and internet are the whole product

Every coworking space lists a dozen amenities. In Lahore, two of them decide whether the space is usable and the rest are comfort.

Backup power — UPS and generator

Load-shedding does not care that you are on a client call. UPS handles the switchover so nothing on your desk blinks, and a generator sits behind it for longer outages.

This is the single most common reason people give for paying for a desk when they already have one at home. A power cut at home means an hour lost and, if it happens during a call, sometimes a client lost.

High-speed fiber internet

Fiber, shared across the floor, sized for a room full of people on video calls rather than one household streaming.

If your work is uploading large files, running ad platforms, joining daily stand-ups or doing anything live with a client, connection quality is not a background detail — it is the job.

Test it yourself when you visit. Run a speed test and join a video call from the desk you would actually sit at. Any workspace confident in its connection will be happy for you to do that.

We are open Monday to Friday from 11:00 AM – 2:00 AM. The 2:00 AM close falls after midnight, so a Friday evening session runs into the early hours of Saturday morning. Closed on Saturday and Sunday.

Facilities FAQs

Do you have backup power and fiber internet?

Yes. The floor runs on UPS with generator backup, and the internet is a high-speed fiber connection. Between them they are the reason most members pay for a desk instead of working from home.

What happens to my work if the electricity goes out?

Nothing. UPS covers the switchover so your desk and the internet stay powered, with a generator behind it for longer outages. You should not notice a load-shedding cut mid-call.

Is there a meeting room I can use for client calls?

Yes. There is a meeting room available to members by booking — for client meetings, interviews, demos and team sessions. Ask about included hours when you sign up.

Is there parking at Sarwar Plaza?

Yes, there is car and bike parking at the plaza. It is easier to find a space in the evening than at midday, when the surrounding market is at its busiest.

Is there a prayer area?

Yes, a clean, quiet prayer area is set aside on the floor.

Is the space secure at night?

The floor has CCTV coverage and monitored entry. The building is directly beside Sabzazar Police Station, which is a meaningful part of why the late hours are practical here.
