What determines the price
We do not publish a rate for team offices. That is not a sales tactic — it is that any number we printed would be wrong for most of the teams who read it. Here is exactly what moves it, so the quote you get is not a surprise.
How many people
The single biggest factor. A room for three and a room for ten are different rooms, not the same room at a different rate.
How long you need it
A team committing for six months and a team taking a room for one are quoted differently. Longer commitments are cheaper per seat.
Furniture and layout
Standard desks in a standard arrangement cost less than a room reconfigured with custom storage and specific seating.
Fully private or semi-private
A completely enclosed room with its own door is priced differently from a partitioned area within the larger floor.
For reference, the one price we do publish is the coworking seat: PKR 12,000 per seat per month for a dedicated desk in the shared hall. A team office costs more than that per person because you are taking a private room rather than a seat in a shared one — but tell us your headcount and duration and you will get a specific number, not a range.
