How much does a coworking space cost in Lahore?
At Workspace by Spiderhunts a coworking seat costs PKR 12,000 per seat per month. That single rate covers the desk, fiber internet, backup power, air conditioning, tea and coffee, printing and scanning, storage and meeting room access. There is no separate charge for utilities or internet.
What does the PKR 12,000 seat include?
One dedicated desk and chair reserved for you, high-speed fiber internet, UPS and generator backup power, air conditioning, unlimited tea and coffee, printing and scanning, personal storage, and access to the meeting room by booking.
Is there a security deposit or a minimum contract?
Membership is billed monthly. Deposit and notice terms are confirmed when you sign up, so ask when you visit or call +92 309 9117651. There is no annual lease of the kind a commercial office would require.
How much does a custom office for 10 people cost?
Custom team offices are quoted individually rather than published, because the price depends on how many people you need to seat, the layout you want, how long you are taking the space for, and what furniture and storage go in. Call +92 309 9117651 and we will quote you.
Do you offer daily or hourly passes?
The published product is a monthly seat at PKR 12,000. If you need something shorter, call +92 309 9117651 and ask — it is easier to answer for your specific situation than to publish a rule.
Timings and access
What are Workspace by Spiderhunts's opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM – 2:00 AM. The space closes at 2:00 AM, which is after midnight — so a Friday session runs into the early hours of Saturday. Closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Are you open on weekends?
No. We are open Monday to Friday only and closed on Saturday and Sunday. If you need weekend access, tell us when you visit — but plan around the current schedule rather than assuming it.
Is there a coworking space in Lahore open late at night?
Yes. Workspace by Spiderhunts in Sabzazar stays open until 2:00 AM, Monday to Friday. The late window exists for people working with clients and employers in the United States, the United Kingdom and the Gulf, whose working day begins as Lahore's ends.
Can I stay past 2 AM to finish something?
The floor closes at 2:00 AM. Plan your session and your transport home around that — the metro does not run at that hour, so members travelling from further out usually arrange a car or a bike.
The space and facilities
Do you have backup power and fiber internet?
Yes. The floor runs on UPS with generator backup, and the internet is a high-speed fiber connection. Between them they are the reason most members pay for a desk instead of working from home.
What happens to my work if the electricity goes out?
Nothing. UPS covers the switchover so your desk and the internet stay powered, with a generator behind it for longer outages. You should not notice a load-shedding cut mid-call.
Is there a meeting room I can use for client calls?
Yes. There is a meeting room available to members by booking — for client meetings, interviews, demos and team sessions. Ask about included hours when you sign up.
Is there parking at Sarwar Plaza?
Yes, there is car and bike parking at the plaza. It is easier to find a space in the evening than at midday, when the surrounding market is at its busiest.
Is there a prayer area?
Yes, a clean, quiet prayer area is set aside on the floor.
Is the space secure at night?
The floor has CCTV coverage and monitored entry. The building is directly beside Sabzazar Police Station, which is a meaningful part of why the late hours are practical here.

Can I rent an office for a 10-person team in Lahore?
Yes. Workspace by Spiderhunts builds custom private office space for teams of up to 10 people at our Sabzazar location, with the layout, seating and storage planned around how your team works. Pricing is quoted per team — call +92 309 9117651.
What is the difference between a private cabin and a custom team office?
A private cabin is an enclosed single-occupancy room — a door you can shut for calls and confidential work. A custom team office is a room built out for a group of two to ten people, with the layout planned with you before you move in.
Can I add or remove seats as my team changes?
That is the main reason small teams choose a coworking space over a leased office. Talk to us about how your headcount is likely to move over the next few months and we will structure it around that.
Are there businesses you do not accept?
No. We do not host call centre operations or public-dealing offices where customers come and go through the day, and we do not accept any business involved in scams or fraud. Is there a coworking space near Sabzazar Police Station?
Yes. Workspace by Spiderhunts is at 2nd Floor, Sarwar Plaza, Block G, Near Sabzazar Police Station, Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. Sarwar Plaza is the building beside the police station and we are on the 2nd floor.
Which areas do you serve?
Members travel to us mainly from Sabzazar, Allama Iqbal Town, Karim Market, the Multan Road corridor, Samnabad, Awan Town, Hassan Town and Mustafa Town. Most of those are a ten to twenty minute journey.
What is the nearest Orange Line metro station?
Sabzazar station, on the Multan Road stretch of the Orange Line, with Awan Town and Shahnoor either side of it. From the station take a short rickshaw ride into Block G and ask for the police station.
Can I visit before I sign up?
Yes, and you should. Walk in any weekday between 11 AM and 2 AM, or call +92 309 9117651 first so someone is free to show you the floor properly.

Can I use your address as my registered business address?
Yes, through our virtual office service — a Lahore business address with mail and courier handling, without taking a permanent desk. Contact us for pricing.
Can I rent an office for just one month in Lahore?
Yes. Membership here is monthly, which is the practical difference between a coworking space and a commercial office where you would be signing for a year with a deposit and a fit-out cost.
