Mansoorah is close enough to Sabzazar that the commute is barely a commute. For most people coming from here it is a short hop rather than a journey, which changes the calculation entirely — a fifteen-minute trip is one you will still be making in six months, and a forty-minute one usually is not.

Getting here

Off Multan Road and into Block G. The landmark is Sabzazar Police Station; Sarwar Plaza is the building beside it, and we are on the 2nd floor. On the Orange Line, Sabzazar station is on the Multan Road stretch.

Because the distance is short, this is one of the few areas where walking or a bike is genuinely practical for a lot of people, depending on exactly where in Mansoorah you are starting.

What you are actually buying

Most people who take a desk are not buying square footage. They are buying three specific things they cannot get at home:

• An internet connection that holds. Fibre, not best-effort. The point is that a client call does not drop halfway through.
• Power that survives load-shedding. A UPS covers the switchover so the desk and the router stay live, with a generator behind it for the longer outages.
• A door between work and home. This one gets underrated until you have tried working in a house where you are visibly present and therefore permanently interruptible.

Cost and terms

Seats start at PKR 12,000 per month, billed monthly, paid in advance. No annual lease, no fit-out, no commercial deposit. Included: your own desk and chair, fibre, UPS and generator backupand air conditioning.

Hours, and who we cannot take

Open Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 2 AM. Closed at weekends. No day passes. We do not accept public-dealing offices where customers come and go, call centre operations, or any business involved in scams or fraud.
