Johar Town has no shortage of offices. What it has less of is somewhere a single person or a team of four can take a desk by the month, without a lease, a deposit and a fit-out bill. That is the gap most people are trying to fill when they start looking outside their own sector.

Getting here from Johar Town

Two routes work, and which one is faster depends entirely on where in Johar Town you start.

If you are on the Canal side, the run down towards Thokar Niaz Baig and then along Multan Road is the straightforward one. If you are closer to Wahdat Road or the Expo end, cutting across to Multan Road directly is usually quicker. Either way you are heading for Block G in Sabzazar, and the landmark to aim for is the police station — Sarwar Plaza is the building beside it.

On the Orange Line, Sabzazar station sits on the Multan Road stretch. From most of Johar Town the metro involves a connection or a short ride to reach the line, so for this particular journey a bike or a car is usually the simpler option.

The honest advice is the same one we give everyone: do the journey once at the time you would actually travel, in both directions, before you commit to anything. A route that reads fine on a map at 2 PM is a different proposition at 7 PM.

Why people come this way

The reasons we hear most often from Johar Town:

What a seat includes

Seats start at PKR 12,000 per month. That covers your own desk and chair, high-speed fibre, UPS and generator backupand air conditioning. Rooms built for teams of up to ten are quoted individually, because every team needs a different layout.
