How much does a coworking space cost in Lahore?
A dedicated coworking desk at Workspace by Spiderhunts in Sabzazar, Lahore costs PKR 12,000 per seat per month, with internet, backup power, air conditioning, printing and meeting room access included. Rates across the city vary widely by location and by what a quoted price actually covers.
Coworking prices in Lahore are hard to compare because two spaces quoting the same number are often selling different things. One rate includes power backup, internet and meeting room hours. Another is a desk, and everything else is billed on top. The headline figure tells you very little on its own.
This is a guide to reading a quote properly, using our own pricing as a worked example — a dedicated desk in Sabzazar at PKR 12,000 per seat per month.
What should be inside the monthly rate
A coworking seat is not a desk rental. You are paying for a working environment that someone else maintains. If a quoted rate leaves out any of the following, treat it as an incomplete price rather than a cheap one.

Why location changes the number so much
The largest single factor in a Lahore coworking rate is where the space is. Gulberg, DHA and Johar Town carry commercial rents that have to come out of the seat price. A space in west Lahore does not carry those rents, which is why a comparable desk in Sabzazar costs less than a comparable desk in Gulberg.
The part people leave out of the comparison is the commute. If you live in Iqbal Town and take a desk in Gulberg, you are adding roughly forty minutes each way to your day. Over a month that is a substantial number of hours, plus fuel. For anyone billing by the hour, the cheaper-looking desk across town frequently is not cheaper at all.
Five questions that reveal the real rate

- 4What are the actual opening hours, including weekends — and what happens if I need to work outside them?

Ask all five before you sign anywhere, including here. The answers to the last two are usually more revealing than the price itself.

Billing is monthly, so leaving does not require breaking a lease.
Private cabins, custom team offices for up to ten people, meeting room hire for non-members and the virtual office service are quoted individually rather than published. That is not a sales tactic — those depend on size, layout and duration, and any single number we printed would be wrong for most of the people reading it.
Is it worth paying at all?
Sometimes not, and it is worth saying so. If you have a quiet room at home, a stable connection, a UPS that holds, and you work four focused hours a day, a coworking seat is a cost without a return. Keep the money.
The case for paying gets strong when unreliability starts costing you work — a client call dropped mid-sentence, a deadline missed because the power went, a household you cannot get away from during working hours. At that point the monthly rate is small against what one lost contract costs.
